The dock and lake are shared with the hosts. Horses sometimes graze near the swimming area – just ask if you'd like them moved.

Before you check out

We hope you had a fantastic stay! To help us offer the same experience to our next guests, we kindly ask you to help with the following before you check out:

🛏️Remove the used bed linens and place them in a pile on the hallway floor.
🍽️Empty the dishwasher and return all dishes, glasses, and utensils to their proper cupboards and drawers.
☕Empty and rinse the coffee maker, coffee filter holder, and coffee pot.
🧽Wipe down the kitchen counter, dining table, stovetop, and any other surfaces you have used.
💧Clean up any spills on floors or furniture.
🪑Return all furniture, chairs, outdoor furniture, and other items to their original places.
🗑️Take out all rubbish and sort it according to the recycling instructions provided.
🚬Dispose of cigarette butts and chewing gum in the rubbish bin – not on the ground or in the flower beds.
🔥If you have used the barbecue, please empty the charcoal ashes once they have cooled completely.
🪟Close all windows before leaving.
💡Turn off all lights.
⚠️Please let us know if anything has been damaged or is not working properly. Accidents happen, and we simply appreciate being informed as soon as possible.

We also kindly ask you to:

Refrain from smoking indoors.
Avoid moving furniture between rooms unless absolutely necessary. If you do move anything, please return it to its original place before departure.

If the house is left in a condition that requires excessive additional cleaning or restoration, an extra fee may be charged through Airbnb in accordance with their policies.
